Ingredients

  • 250 g - beans
  • 2 - carrots
  • 100 g - fresh green peas
  • 1/4 cup - fresh coconut (grated)
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1/2 - onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 tsps. - cooking oil
  • 1 tsp - mixed spices
  • 1 tsp - channa dal
  • 1 spoon - urad dal
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mixed Veg Fry

  • Cut beans into small pieces and grate carrot and keep them aside.
  • Heat two spoons of oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, channa dal, urad dal.
  • Add finely chopped chilli.
  • Add onions and fry for a minute.
  • Add sugar.
  • Add beans and fry for 4 mins.
  • Add grated carrot and green peas and fry.
  • Add salt and lime water and mix well.
  • Add coconut in the end and mix well and serve.
