Ingredients

  • 250 g - beans
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 100 g - fresh Green peas
  • 1/4 cup - fresh Coconut (grated)
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1/2 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 tsps. - cooking oil
  • 1 tsp - mixed spices
  • 1 tsp - Channa dal
  • 1 spoon - Urad Dal
  • Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mixed Veg Fry:

    1. Cut beans into small pieces and grate carrot and keep them aside.
    2. Heat two spoons of oil in a pan.
    3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, channa dal, urad dal.
    4. Add finely chopped chilli.
    5. Add onions and fry for a minute.
    6. Add sugar.
    7. Add beans and fry for 4 mins.
    8. Add grated carrot and green peas and fry.
    9. Add salt and lime water and mix well.
    10. Add coconut in the end and mix well and serve.
