  • 1 cup - oats
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetables (onion, beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage)
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - channa dal
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • 1.5 tsp - oil
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste
  • 2 cups - water

How to Make Mixed veg oats upma

  • Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard, and fry channa and urad dal till brown.
  • Add finely chopped vegetables and stir for half a minute.
  • Add oats and stir again for a minute, then add required salt and pepper powder.
  • Finally, add 2 cups of water and cook on a low flame till done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
