Ingredients

  • Fine Rawa - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Cabbage - 1 katori (finely chopped)
  • Peas/French beans - 1/2 cup
  • Green chili - 1 (Fine paste)
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Mixed Veg Sandwich:

    1. Finely chop capsicum, cabbage , onion , tomato , coriander leaves. Mix together all ingredients.
    2. Apply this mixture between two bread slices.
    3. Put a fry pan on heat. Put 2 tsp of oil on it.
    4. Fry these sandwiches till golden brown.
