  • 1 cup - Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrot, Beans, Kidney beans, Potato)
  • 1.5 cups - Besan
  • 1 handful - Rice Flour
  • Pinch - Hing and Turmeric
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Bonda

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make into a dough.
  • Make the dough into balls and deep fry in the oil.
  • Serve with Coconut chutney.
