Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Hing
  • 2 - brinjal, cut into cubes
  • 2 - potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 125 g - yellow cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 - drumstick, peeled and cut into 4 cm pieces
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - water
  • 3/4 tsp - salt to taste
  • How to Make Mixed Vegetable Humman:

    1. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
    2. Then add hing and saute for 1 minute.
    3. Add vegetables and stir well.
    4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix all the ingredients well.
    5. Add 1 cup water and salt to taste.
    6. Cover and cook on a low to medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes and the spices are well coated on vegetables.
