Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - hing
  • 2 - brinjal, cut into cubes
  • 2 - potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 125 g - yellow cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 - drumstick, peeled and cut into 4 cm pieces
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - water
  • 3/4 tsp - salt to taste

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Humman

  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Then add hing and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add vegetables and stir well.
  • Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add 1 cup water and salt to taste.
  • Cover and cook on a low to medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes and the spices are well coated on vegetables.
