Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - cooked Rice (mashed)
  • 1/ cup - cooked dal (mashed)
  • 1 - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower, grated
  • 1 tsp - ginger/garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Amchoor
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 - bread slice, soaked in water and excess water squeezed out
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Mixed Vegetable Kababs:

    1. Mix all the ingredients to make a tight dough.
    2. Make balls of desired shape and size.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
    4. Can be served with tomato sauce or dhaniya chutney.
