Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - cooked rice (mashed)
  • 1/ cup - cooked dal (mashed)
  • 1 - capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower, grated
  • 1 tsp - ginger/garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - amchoor
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 - bread slice, soaked in water and excess water squeezed out
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Kababs

  • Mix all the ingredients to make a tight dough.
  • Make balls of desired shape and size.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
  • Can be served with tomato sauce or dhaniya chutney.
