Ingredients

  • 1 packet - vegetable noodles
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 6 - garlic, chopped
  • 1 - onion, finely sliced
  • 1 - capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 - carrot, cut into slices
  • 5 - French beans, cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic chilli sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • How to Make Mixed vegetable noodles:

    1. Cook noodles as per packet instructions.
    2. Boil carrot and French beans separately and keep aside.
    3. In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and fry for 3 - 4 minutes on a medium heat.
    4. Add sliced onion and fry till golden colour.
    5. Add capsicum slices, boiled carrot and French beans and fry for 3 - 4 minutes until soft.
    6. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and garlic chilli sauce and mix well and stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
    7. Add cooked noodles and mix well thoroughly.
    8. Sprinkle pepper powder, and stir continuously until the noodles get well mixed with sauces and vegetables.
    9. Serve hot.
