How to Make Mixed Vegetable Pasta Salad

  • Cut and grate the carrot. Finely chop the cucumber and tomatoes as small cubes.
  • Take a large bowl and pour the pasta, red cabbage, corn kernels, grated carrot pieces, cucumber pieces and tomato cubes. Toss everything and keep the salad aside.
  • In another bowl, add the yoghurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, pepper powder and dry basil leaves. Mix everything well.
  • Serve with the pasta salad.
