Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre - yogurt
  • 1 - medium boiled potato, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • Chopped Mint for topping
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1 cup - boondi
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Raitha

  • Mix all the ingredients one by one and serve immediately with mint topping.
