Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2, medium size
  • carrots - 2, medium size
  • onions - 2, medium size
  • beans - 10 numbers
  • cabbage - 1 piece (100 gm approx.)
  • shelled green peas - 1/2 cup
  • celery - 3 stalks
  • vegetable/ chicken stock - one and a half ltr
  • skimmed milk - 250 ml
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Soup

  • Cut all the vegetables (except peas) into small cubes and mix with peas.
  • Add stock and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  • Strain out 1 cup of cooked vegetables and blend in a mixer.
  • Return it to the soup in the pressure cooker.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Serve hot
