Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Broccoli florets
  • 6 nos - baby Corn
  • 1/2 cup - Corn
  • 1/2 cup - Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup - zucchini, cubed
  • 2 nos - spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp - oyster/hoi sin sauce
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mixed vegetable stir fry:

    1. Heat oil in a wok, to a very high temperature.
    2. Add all the vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
    3. Add the garlic, oyster sauce and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
    4. Serve immediately.
