Ingredients

  • 1 cup - broccoli florets
  • 6 nos - baby corn
  • 1/2 cup - corn
  • 1/2 cup - bean sprouts
  • 1 cup - zucchini, cubed
  • 2 nos - spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp - oyster/hoi sin sauce
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mixed vegetable stir fry

  • Heat oil in a wok, to a very high temperature.
  • Add all the vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the garlic, oyster sauce and salt to the mixture. Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
