Ingredients

  • 1 cup - red Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 cup - Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup - Broccoli (chopped to small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup - green Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - red Onions (chopped)
  • 2 inch piece - Ginger (grated)
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup - peas
  • 1/2 cup - mung Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup - Apple ( chopped to pieces)
  • 1 cup - Pineapple (chopped to pieces)
  • 1/4 cup - Raisin
  • 1/4 cup - Cashew nuts
  • For dressing:
  • 1/4 cup - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup - Orange juice
  • 2 tsp - Honey
  • 4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce
  • How to Make Mixed Vegetables and Fruits Salad:

    1. Whisk the ingredients for dressing and keep it aside.
    2. Now, combine all the other ingredients in another bowl.
    3. Toss with the dressing.
    4. Serve immediately or chilled.
