Ingredients

  • 250 gms - mixed vegetables like carrots, French beans, green Onion and Cabbage
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 1 tbsp. - cornflour
  • 2 tbsp. - soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp. each - Sugar and Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup - vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

How to Make Mixed vegetables in sweet and sour sauce

  • Dissolve corn flour in vegetable stock. Shred the vegetables and steam till almost cooked.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients and cook till a little thick, put in the vegetables and continue cooking till the sauce thickens.
  • Serve over boiled noodles.
