Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup - beans
  • 1/2 cup - carrots
  • 2 - green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 - garlic pods (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
  • 2 - spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 - egg (egg white separated from yolk)
  • corn flour
  • 2-3 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to Make Mixed Veggie Manchurian

  • Finely chop carrots, beans and cauliflower.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, a little salt, one chopped chilli, egg white and mix.
  • Now add corn flour and mix as a thick batter.
  • Now try to make small balls and fry in the oil till golden brown.
  • Keep all the fried balls aside.
  • In a saute pan add 2-3 spoons of oil, chopped garlic, onions, red chilli powder, salt, chopped chillies and saute them for a while.
  • Once they are fried a little, add ketchup, soya sauce and mix well.
  • Now add all the fried balls and mix well so that these balls get an even coat of the sauces.
