  • 2 - Potatoes (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup - Carrot (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup - Sprouted green grams (cooked)
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - Bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • How to Make Mixed Veggies and Sprouted Green gram Cutlets:

    1. Combine the cooked carrot, cooked green peas, cooked sprouted green grams, cooked potatoes, garam masala powder and fennel seed powder in a large bowl.
    2. Meanwhile, heat a few drops of oil and saute the chopped onions, chopped green chillies and curry leaves until the onions turns translucent.
    3. Add this cooked vegetables along with the already prepared mixed vegetables-sprouted green gram mixture.
    4. Mix everything well along with enough salt.
    5. Make small balls from this mixture and keep aside.
    6. Make a white paste with corn flour and enough water.
    7. Dip the rolled balls over the bread crumbs. Make as oval-shaped patties.
    8. Heat the oil for shallow frying. Drop gently the already prepared patties.
    9. Fry on both sides on a medium flame until the crust turns golden brown.
