  • 2 - Potatoes cubes(cooked)
  • 1/4 cup - Grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup - Corn kernels
  • 20 - Black olives
  • 1/4 cup - Cucumber pieces
  • Olive oil dressing:
  • 1/2 tsp - Dry parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt

How to Make Mixed Veggies N Olive Salad

  • Whisk together everything for olive oil dressing with a fork and keep aside.
  • Take a large bowl. Add the cooked potato cubes, grated carrots, corn kernels, black olives and cucumber pieces.
  • Add the olive oil dressing before serving the salad.
