  • 1 - Potato
  • 1 cup - grated Coconut
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 2 tsp - vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • Kadipatha to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Moar Kuzambu (Butter Milk Stew):

    1. Cut the potato into cubes.
    2. Take a pan and cook the potato.
    3. Grind the coconut, chillies and jeera together.
    4. When the potato is partly cooked, add this mixture of coconut, chillies and jeera to it.
    5. Add turmeric powder to it and allow it to cook well.
    6. Meanwhile, beat the curd and keep aside.
    7. When the potato is completely cooked, switch off the gas and allow it to cool completely.
    8. In the meantime, take a pan and heat it.
    9. Add oil, urad dal and mustard.
    10. When the mustard begins to splutter, add it to the potatoes.
    11. When the potatoes are completely cool, add curd to it.
    12. Add salt to taste and garnish it with curry patta.
    13. Serve it with rice during dinner or lunch.
