How to Make Moar Kuzambu (Butter Milk Stew)

  • Cut the potato into cubes.
  • Take a pan and cook the potato.
  • Grind the coconut, chillies and jeera together.
  • When the potato is partly cooked, add this mixture of coconut, chillies and jeera to it.
  • Add turmeric powder to it and allow it to cook well.
  • Meanwhile, beat the curd and keep aside.
  • When the potato is completely cooked, switch off the gas and allow it to cool completely.
  • In the meantime, take a pan and heat it.
  • Add oil, urad dal and mustard.
  • When the mustard begins to splutter, add it to the potatoes.
  • When the potatoes are completely cool, add curd to it.
  • Add salt to taste and garnish it with curry patta.
  • Serve it with rice during dinner or lunch.
