Ingredients

  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1 cup - fresh cream
  • 5 tbsp - sugar
  • 3 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp - corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 2 tsp - instant coffee
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence or extract
  • 1- egg beaten.

How to Make Mocha Chocolate Pudding

  • Mix the sugar, cocoa, coffee and corn flour in a saucepan.
  • Add the cream and milk and heat on medium-heat, stirring constantly until boiling.
  • Lower the heat and gently mix in the beaten egg.
  • Cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly.
  • Turn off the heat and add the vanilla and butter.
  • Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate till set.
  • Garnish with a dollop of cream and a cherry.
