  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add the sooji.
  • After 2-3 seconds, add saunf.
  • Deep fry the sooji until it becomes red.
  • Add milk. Keep stirring.
  • Bring to a boil and add sugar.
  • Add honey. Give it a stir.
  • Serve warm.
