Ingredients

  • 1 lb - cauliflower.
  • 1/2 lb - potatoes.
  • 1/2 lb - green peas.
  • 1/2 - chopped onion and 2 sliced onions
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger- green chilli paste.

How to Make Moglai Cauliflower

  • Chop cauliflower into florets and cut potatoes and keep aside.
  • Put ghee in pan and fry sliced onions till brown. Grind to a paste.
  • Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilli paste.
  • Add cauliflower, potatoes, green peas and a cup water. Cover and cook it.
  • Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely. Serve.
