  • 1 lb - cauliflower.
  • 1/2 lb - potatoes.
  • 1/2 lb - green peas.
  • 1/2 - chopped Onion and 2 sliced Onions
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger- Green chilli paste.
  • How to Make Moglai Cauliflower:

    1. Chop cauliflower into florets and cut potatoes and keep aside.
    2. Put ghee in pan and fry sliced onions till brown. Grind to a paste.
    3. Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilli paste.
    4. Add cauliflower, potatoes, green peas and a cup water. Cover and cook it.
    5. Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely. Serve.
