Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - Urad Dal
  • 200 g - Red Chillies
  • 1 piece - Hing, medium piece or 1 tsp - Hing powder
  • 50 g - Channa dal
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Molagapodi - Powdered Spicy Chutney:

    1. Roast all the ingredients until fragrant and then grind them well.
    2. This powdered chutney goes well with rice, dosas and idlis
