Ingredients

  • White Pumpkin - 1/4 kg
  • Chenai (yam) - 200 g
  • Beans - 100 g
  • Drumstick - 1
  • Raw Banana - 1(small)
  • Green Chillies - 5
  • Pepper Corns - 5/6 grated
  • Coconut Oil - 5/6 tbsps
  • Moong dal - 50 g
  • Curry leaves - A few

How to Make Molaghashyam

  • Cut the vegetables into cubes. Wash them well.
  • Pressure cook moong dal, vegetables, green chillies etc together.
  • Once it is cooked, allow it to boil on the stove for 5 mins, mixing everything together.
  • Remove from fire and add coconut oil and curry patta (curry leaves).
