Ingredients

  • white pumpkin - 1/4 kg
  • Chenai (yam) - 200 g
  • Beans - 100 g
  • Drumstick - 1
  • Raw banana - 1(small)
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Pepper Corns - 5/6 grated
  • Coconut Oil - 5/6 tbsps
  • Moong dal - 50 g
  • Curry leaves - A few
  • How to Make Molaghashyam:

    1. Cut the vegetables into cubes. Wash them well.
    2. Pressure cook moong dal, vegetables, green chillies etc together.
    3. Once it is cooked, allow it to boil on the stove for 5 mins, mixing everything together.
    4. Remove from fire and add coconut oil and curry patta (curry leaves).
