Ingredients

  • Chicken keema - 1 kg
  • Onion - 1 kg
  • Ginger - 100 g
  • Green chillies - 100g
  • Pepper - 2 tbsps
  • Flour - 1 kg
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Momos:

    1. Add enough water to the flour to make a soft dough.
    2. Saute chopped onions till it becomes soft, add ginger and green chillies, and stir for few seconds.
    3. Add the keema and cook for 15-20 mins with salt and pepper.
    4. Make small balls out of the dough and roll out thin rounds.
    5. Fill a spoonful of kheema and cover it properly.
    6. Steam the momos in a greased steamer for 10-15 mins. Serve.
