How to Make Momos

  • Add enough water to the flour to make a soft dough.
  • Saute chopped onions till it becomes soft, add ginger and green chillies, and stir for few seconds.
  • Add the keema and cook for 15-20 mins with salt and pepper.
  • Make small balls out of the dough and roll out thin rounds.
  • Fill a spoonful of kheema and cover it properly.
  • Steam the momos in a greased steamer for 10-15 mins. Serve.
