Ingredients

  • 500 g - boneless lamb, cut into thin strips
  • 2 - onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • 2.5 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • For marinating:
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp - grated Ginger
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Rice wine

How to Make Mongolian Lamb

  • Mix ingredients for the marinade and marinate the lamb for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Saute onion till transparent.
  • Add marinated lamb. Stir-fry till cooked (approx. 2-3 minutes).
  • Sprinkle some sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot.
