Ingredients

  • 1 lb - skinned monkfish
  • 4 - Cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger root
  • 1 tbsp - white wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - black Mustard Seed paste
  • Mustard oil according to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • How to Make Monkfish Ambrosia:

    1. Rub salt on the fish and put it in a baking dish.
    2. Blend the mustard paste, garlic and ginger. Rub the fish gently with the blended paste.
    3. Sprinkle two tbsps oil and the white wine vinegar over the fish.
    4. Bake for 30 mins at 375 degree F.
    5. Serve hot.
