Ingredients

  • 1 lb - skinned monkfish
  • 4 - cloves garlic
  • 1 inch - ginger root
  • 1 tbsp - white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - black mustard seed paste
  • Mustard oil according to taste
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Monkfish Ambrosia

  • Rub salt on the fish and put it in a baking dish.
  • Blend the mustard paste, garlic and ginger. Rub the fish gently with the blended paste.
  • Sprinkle two tbsps oil and the white wine vinegar over the fish.
  • Bake for 30 mins at 375 degree F.
  • Serve hot.
