  • 1 kg - Sugar
  • 1/2 liter - water
  • 25 - Cardamoms (peeled and coarsely ground)
  • 10 to 12 - moogra flowers (washed well)
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 - Lemon (juice)
  • How to Make Moogra ka sharbat:

    1. Boil the water along with sugar in a heavy bottomed steel vessel.
    2. After you boil it, add milk. Spoon out the dirt collected on the top.
    3. Add cardamoms to it and stir it at regular intervals.
    4. Add lemon juice and mix it well.
    5. After 30 minutes, remove it from the stove.
    6. Add the moogra flowers and cover the vessel with a lid.
    7. Let it cool completely.
    8. Strain and fill it in a dry sterilised bottle.
    9. Refrigerate the bottle.
