Ingredients

  • 1 cup - atta
  • 2 cups - grated radish (mooli)
  • 1 cup - grated Cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 6 - Green chillies crushed
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour or plain flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • How to Make Mooli Ke Paratha:

    1. Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage.
    2. After 5 minutes, press and remove all excess water.
    3. Add all other ingredients (except oil) and mix well.
    4. Flatten one lump of dough, place a tbsp of mixture in the centre, fold and roll again into a flat disc.
    5. Shallow fry on a hot tava.
    6. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or tamarind chutney.
