  • Grated radish - 1.5 cups
  • Wheat flour - 4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Jeera - 2 tsps.
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsps.
  • Oil - 2 tbsps
  • Ghee - for making paratha

How to Make Mooli Paratha

  • Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
  • Make it into a soft dough using water if necessary.
  • Add oil to make the dough softer. Leave it to rise for an hour.
  • Make paratha using ghee.
  • Serve hot with any chutney or gravy.
