Sprouted Moong - 1 cup

Boiled Corn - 2 tbsp

Chopped Onion - 1

Green chilly chopped-1

Pomegranate - 2 tsp

Green Coriander leaves

Paneer - 1/2 small bowl

Salt to taste

Red chilly powder to taste

Chat masala

Browned cumin seeds- 1tsp

Mint powder- 1tsp

Lemon juice

Black salt

Boiled and Crushed Potato - 1.2 tbsp

Green chutney- as per taste

Tamarind chutney- as per taste

Besan sev for garnishing

For Base:

Corn flour - 1 cup

Maida - 1.5 cups




  1. Mix all ingredients given for base.
  2. Make dough balls and small chapatis.
  3. Wrap this around small bowl to get the shape of the bowl.
  4. Fry in oil till light brown. Make all dough in this way for base of chat. Keep aside.
  5. Mix well all other ingredients. Add tamarind and green chutney to this mixture.
  6. Place this mixture in fried base of corn.
  7. Add chutneys and besan sev. Sprinkle chat masala.
  8. Chat is ready to serve.
