Ingredients

  • Sprouted Moong - 1 cup
  • Boiled Corn - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Green chilly chopped-1
  • Pomegranate - 2 tsp
  • Green Coriander leaves
  • Paneer - 1/2 small bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Chat masala
  • Browned cumin seeds- 1tsp
  • Mint powder- 1tsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Black salt
  • Boiled and Crushed Potato - 1.2 tbsp
  • Green chutney- as per taste
  • Tamarind chutney- as per taste
  • Besan sev for garnishing
  • For Base:
  • Corn flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1.5 cups
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Moong Corn Cup Chat

  • Mix all ingredients given for base.
  • Make dough balls and small chapatis.
  • Wrap this around small bowl to get the shape of the bowl.
  • Fry in oil till light brown. Make all dough in this way for base of chat. Keep aside.
  • Mix well all other ingredients. Add tamarind and green chutney to this mixture.
  • Place this mixture in fried base of corn.
  • Add chutneys and besan sev. Sprinkle chat masala.
  • Chat is ready to serve.
