Ingredients

  • Moong Dhal - 2 cups
  • Urad Dhal - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 4 or 6
  • Ginger - 1 tsp grated
  • Salt - 2 tsps.
  • How to Make Moong Dal Dosa:

    1. Soak both the dals overnight or soak it for 2 hours in warm water.
    2. Then use a blender to blend all the ingredients together with salt.
    3. Leave to rise a little.
    4. Take a pan and make your dosa. Enjoy it with a chutney, ketchup or sambhar.
