How to Make Moong Dal Payasam

  • Fry the moong dal in a kadai for 2-3 mins in ghee.
  • Pressure cook the moong dal with a pinch of turmeric powder and water.
  • To the cooked dal, add jaggery, milk and boil for 10-15 mins.
  • Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
  • Serve hot.
