Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sprouted Moong
  • 1/2 cup - Besan roasted
  • 2 tbsp - Dhania chopped
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • salt
  • How to Make Moong Sprout Chila:

    1. Wash the sprouted dal. Grind along with the ginger chilli paste and green chilli to get a coarse paste.
    2. Mix in the besan, chopped dhania, curd and salt to get a smooth batter. Allow it to rest for some time.
    3. Heat tawa, add a drizzle of oil and ladle out one spoon of batter to form a dosa.
    4. Cook on one side and turn. Drizzle a little more oil. Stuff with grated cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes before serving.
    5. It can be served with green chutney or mayonnaise.
