Ingredients

  • Sprouted Moong - 1 Cup
  • Tomato - 1 medium-sized, Cubed
  • Capsicum - 1/2, cut into tiny bits
  • Cucumber - 1, small, cubed
  • Carrot - 1, medium-sized, cut into tiny bits
  • Green chilli - 1, cut into very tiny bits
  • Red Radish - 5, small size, cut into strips, length-wise
  • Lemon juice - 2-3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro - 4-5 sprigs, chopped finely
  • Onion - 1, medium, finely chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4
  • How to Make Moong Sprout Salad Pockets:

    1. Mix ingredients except lettuce well and divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
    2. Take a lettuce leaf, fill in the mixture and fold the leaf into a pocket.
    3. Repeat with the rest of the leaves and serve with garlic bread.
