Ingredients

  • 1-2 - morisa xaakor thari (Amaranthus Hybridus's stem) bunches
  • A little mustard paste
  • A little Poppy Seeds paste
  • 1 - Potato
  • 2 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • paste of 1 Onion
  • How to Make Morisa Xaakor Tharir Sorsori:

    1. Mix the mustard paste, poppy seeds paste, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chillies, water and oil in a pan.
    2. Add the morisa thari, potato, salt and boil.
    3. When the gravy starts boiling, pan the pan on simmer. Cook until the morisa thari and potato are well done.
