  • 1-2 - morisa xaakor thari (Amaranthus Hybridus's stem) bunches
  • A little mustard paste
  • A little poppy seeds paste
  • 1 - potato
  • 2 tbsp - mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • paste of 1 onion

How to Make Morisa Xaakor Tharir Sorsori

  • Mix the mustard paste, poppy seeds paste, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chillies, water and oil in a pan.
  • Add the morisa thari, potato, salt and boil.
  • When the gravy starts boiling, pan the pan on simmer. Cook until the morisa thari and potato are well done.
