Break the China grass into very small pieces and soak in water for half an hour. Mix the milk, condensed milk and china grass together and boil till the china grass dissolves. (Keep stirring on a low flame.)
Put in a serving dish and cool.
Keep in the refrigerator till chilled.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
