Ingredients

  • 750 g - boneless chicken
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - ginger
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 3 tsp - coriander powder
  • 3 tsp - cumin powder
  • 3 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/3 cup - plain yoghurt

How to Make Mouth watering Chicken Tikka

  • Soak 12 skewers in water.
  • Grind onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and spices in mixer grinder.
  • Coat chicken in ground mixture and marinate, preferably overnight.
  • Thread chicken on skewers and grill under a hot grill or fry in a large well greased pan till chicken is well cooked.
  • Serve hot with lemon slices.
