  • 2 cups - balloon vine greens / mudaikathan keerai
  • 2 cups - parboiled Rice
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Mudaikathan Keerai Dosa:

    1. Soak rice in water for at least two hours. Clean the greens and measure two full cups.
    2. Grind soaked rice along with greens, chillies, curd and salt into a fine batter.
    3. Allow this batter to ferment overnight.
    4. Add enough water to the batter so as to make dosa.
    5. Heat the skillet and pour a ladle full of batter, add a spoon of oil to roast.
    6. Turn the dosa and roast it on the other side too.
    7. Serve.
