Ingredients

  • 2 cups - balloon vine greens / mudaikathan keerai
  • 2 cups - parboiled rice
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 cup - curd
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Mudaikathan Keerai Dosa

  • Soak rice in water for at least two hours. Clean the greens and measure two full cups.
  • Grind soaked rice along with greens, chillies, curd and salt into a fine batter.
  • Allow this batter to ferment overnight.
  • Add enough water to the batter so as to make dosa.
  • Heat the skillet and pour a ladle full of batter, add a spoon of oil to roast.
  • Turn the dosa and roast it on the other side too.
  • Serve.
