Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 2 handfuls - Mudakathan keerai (balloon vine)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mudakathan Keerai Dosai

  • Soak the rice in water for about 4 to 6 hours.
  • Soak urad dal in water.
  • Grind the rice and urad dal separately.
  • Grind keerai and then mix the keerai paste and salt in the batter and leave it overnight.
  • Prepare dosa the next morning.
