Firstly, you need to grate the 1 big radish or Muli and you need to squeeze out all and any excess water. Now, you need to chop salt, chopped green coriander, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, and chopped green chillies and mix it along with the grated Muli. To this mixture, you need to add atta or flour as well as 1 tsp of ghee or oil and knead nicely to make the dough.

Now roll out the parathas and cook it on the heated griddle. Cook on both sides until the paratha is cooked and serve with curds, butter or ketchup.

  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1 - big grated muli (radish)
  • 4 to 5 - chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Chopped green coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee

How to Make Muli Ke Parathe

  • First grate the muli and squeeze out any excess water.
  • Mix chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, chopped green coriander and salt with the muli.
  • Add this mixture to the chapatti flour, add 1 tbsp oil or ghee to it and make the dough.
  • Roll out parathas, cook well on both sides and serve with green chutney or any curry of your choice.
