How to Make Mullangi and spring onion recipe

  • Heat oil in a wide pan, splutter cumin, mustard, dals and add green chillies and curry leaves.
  • When the dals turn slightly golden, add asafoetida, white parts of the spring onion and radish. Sprinkle salt and turmeric
  • Fry till the radish is almost cooked
  • Powder finely, sesame seeds and star anise
  • When the radish turns soft, add the ground powder, chilli powder and green parts of spring onions and fry on a medium high for 2 mins.
  • Serve.
