How to Make Mullangi chutney

  • Roast the dals separately, switch off heat and add cumin to it
  • Fry the chillies and grated radish for 10 mins on a medium flame, keep aside
  • Add salt to tomatoes and fry till they turn pulpy
  • When cool powder dals and cumin together with ginger, green chillies, radish and tomatoes and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Season with ingredients.
