How to Make Mullangi stir fry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, mustard, dals and splutter
  • Add curry leaves and ginger saute for a min.
  • Add asafoetida, tomatoes, salt and turmeric, fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy
  • Add red chilli powder, saute add grated radish and fry on a high flame till it is fully cooked, for 10 mins.
  • Add coriander leaves, saute and add sesame seeds and fry for a minute. Serve.
