Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • For multi-grain flour (dry these in the hot sun for a day before making a fine powder):
  • 100g - soya (dry fry until slight brown)
  • 100g - Corn
  • 100g - white Corn
  • 100g - millet
  • 100g - Oats

How to Make Multi Grain Chapatti

  • To 1 cup of wheat flour add 2 tbsp of the multi grain mix.
  • Add salt and enough water to knead into a firm dough. Separate the dough into small even-sized balls.
  • Roll each of them into a chapatti and roast them on a tawa till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
