  • 1 cup - Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup - Soya flour
  • 2 tsp - Active Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup - Luke warm Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Luke warm water
  • How to Make Multigrain Bread:

    1. Mix the lukewarm water and lukewarm milk.
    2. Add the active dry yeast, sugar and salt.
    3. Let them sit together for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    4. In a large vessel, add the whole wheat flour, ragi flour and soya flour.
    5. Sieve the flours twice.
    6. Pour the foamy yeast, water (if needed) and olive oil.
    7. Knead as a soft and stiff dough.
    8. Grease a vessel with a few drops of olive oil and place the dough.
    9. Arrange them in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.
    10. Knead again after for few minutes and roll them as small round balls.
    11. Place the dough balls over a baking sheet.
    12. Let it sit for an hour in a warm place.
    13. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
    14. Arrange the baking tray in the middle rack and bake for 35 minutes.
    15. Let it cool for at least few minutes.
    16. Serve them with butter, jam or chocolate spread.
