  • 250 g - mixture of wheat, rice, corn, besan, jowar and bajra flours
  • 2 tbsps - crushed black pepper
  • 6 tbsps - ghee
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Multigrain poori

  • Mix all the flours with ghee, salt and black pepper.
  • Knead the flour with warm water.
  • Make small balls an then roll them out into small puris.
  • Prick them with a fork.
  • Deep fry it and enjoy with tea.
