Ingredients

  • 250 g - mixture of wheat, rice, corn, besan, and jowar Bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp - crushed black pepper
  • 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Multigrain puri

  • Mix the flour adding ghee, salt, and black pepper.
  • Knead the flour with warm water.
  • Make small balls, roll out into small puris.
  • Prick it with a fork and then deep fry it.
