Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Rye flour
  • 2 tbsp - Spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp - rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp - Brown Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Jaggery syrup
  • 1 tbsp - Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Multigrain Sweet Dumpling

  • Take the flours, oats, baking soda, jaggery syrup, sesame seeds, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  • Mix everything well and add enough water to turn everything as a thick batter.
  • Heat the paniyaram pan. Pour a few drops of oil.
  • Once the oil gets hot, pour enough batter and cook on both sides on a medium flame until they are well cooked.
  • Enjoy warm with a cup of tea.
