Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup - Soya flour
  • 1/4 cup - Bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp - All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1/4 cup - Grated zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Yogurt
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil

How to Make Multigrains Zucchini Rotis

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add all the flours, grated zucchini, cumin seeds and salt together.
  • Gradually add the yogurt and oil.
  • Knead as a soft dough (add water if needed).
  • Take care not to add excess water else it may turn watery.
  • Make 12-15 balls from the dough.
  • Dust with all-purpose flour and roll out rotis.
  • Heat a pan. Sprinkle some water and gently place the roti over the hot pan.
  • Cook the roti on a simmer flame, on both sides, until they get well cooked. Serve hot.
