Ingredients

  • 3 glasses - Rice flour
  • 1 glass - moong dal
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • oil for frying

How to Make Mungdal Muruku

  • First boil moong dal till it becomes soft.
  • Mix rice powder, boiled moong dal, butter, salt, chilli powder, sesame seeds and some water and mix it.
  • Use a muruku machine to pipe out the murrukus.
  • Fry two or three together in oil till they turn brown.
