Ingredients

  • 1kg - Chicken pieces
  • 500g - Onions, sliced
  • 50g - Garlic, sliced
  • 50g - Ginger, sliced
  • 1/2tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 4 - Whole Red Chilli
  • 10g - Garam Masala
  • 300ml - Tomato puree
  • 15g - Coriander powder
  • 500ml - Water
  • 150g - Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Murg Do Pyazza:

    1. Slice the onions, ginger and garlic and keep aside.
    2. Heat ghee for 1 minute, then add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, red chillies and coriander powder.
    3. Cover the dish and cook on high for 3 mins.
    4. Put the sliced onions-ginger-garlic mix and cook for 3 mins on high.
    5. Add chicken and 500 ml water and cook for 8 mins.
    6. Stir well, add salt, garam masala and cook for 7 mins, till done.
